Terms and Conditions

Clause 1: Purpose

The general terms and conditions of sale outlined below detail the rights and obligations of the company LEARNFRENCHPASTRY and its client in the context of the sale of online services or goods:

LEARNFRENCHPASTRY therefore implies the unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale by the buyer.

Clause 2: Prices

The prices of the services or goods sold are those in effect on the day the order is placed. They are stated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC).

As a result, they will not be increased by the VAT rate or any delivery fees applicable on the day of the order.

The company LEARNFRENCHPASTRY reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

However, it undertakes to invoice the services ordered at the prices indicated at the time of order registration.

Clause 3: Discounts and Reductions

The prices offered include any discounts and rebates that the company LEARNFRENCHPASTRY may grant based on its results or the buyer’s assumption of certain services.

Clause No. 4: Discount

No discount will be granted in the case of early payment.

Clause No. 5: Payment terms

Payment for orders is made:

By credit card via Stripe; Paypal

Clause No. 6: Late payment

In the event of total or partial non-payment of the services delivered on the day of receipt, the buyer will see their access functionality limited.

Clause No. 7: Termination clause

If within fifteen days following the implementation of the "Late Payment" clause, the buyer has not paid the remaining amounts due, the service will be terminated.

Clause No. 8: Retention of title clause

The company LEARNFRENCHPASTRY retains ownership of the services sold until full payment of the price has been made.

As such, if the buyer is subject to judicial reorganization or liquidation, the company LEARNFRENCHPASTRY reserves the right to claim the unpaid amounts under the collective procedure.

Clause 9: Delivery

(In the case of a physical product)

Delivery is carried out either:

by direct handover of the goods to the buyer; or to the location specified by the buyer on the order form.

The delivery time indicated when the order is recorded is provided for informational purposes only and is not guaranteed.

Consequently, any reasonable delay in the delivery of products shall not entitle the buyer to:

claim damages; cancel the order.

The buyer bears the full risk of transport.

In case of missing or damaged goods during transport, the buyer must state all necessary reservations on the delivery slip upon receipt of said goods.

These reservations must also be confirmed in writing within five days of delivery, by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt.

Clause 10: Force Majeure

The company LEARNFRENCHPASTRY shall not be held liable if the non-performance or delay in the performance of any of its obligations described in these general terms and conditions of sale results from a force majeure event.

For this purpose, force majeure refers to any external, unforeseeable, and irresistible event within the meaning of Article 1148 of the French Civil Code.

Clause 11: Refund Policy

Returning all ordered services will result in a refund equal to the total amount paid by the Member, i.e., the purchase price of the service(s) and any applicable delivery fees.

The refund will be made within seven (7) days from the receipt by LEARNFRENCHPASTRY of the Member's request to exercise their right of withdrawal.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Member for the order, unless the Member expressly authorizes LEARNFRENCHPASTRY to use another payment method.
